- Disconnected Digital & Course Ecosystem Content, courses, leads, and systems were scattered and outdated.
- Weak Authority & Trust Signals Limited visibility, reviews, and testimonials reduced brand credibility.
- Missing Sales & Lead Funnels No clear journey for nurturing, selling, or qualifying leads.
- Weak Customer Handling Process Complaints, feedback, and follow-ups were unmanaged.
- Low Conversion Website Structure Website existed but was not optimized for conversions.

Brand Expectations
The brand needed strong personal branding foundations, including a clear identity, consistent messaging, and a website that reflected true authority and converted audience trust into action. Despite a loyal following, the digital presence did not represent the brand at the level it deserved.
The brand also needed a long-term, scalable setup that could operate beyond personal availability. Many opportunities from courses, advisory work, collaborations, podcasts, and workshops were being missed due to the lack of structure, support, and reliable management across digital activities.

This phase focused on practical execution. We developed a conversion-focused website with clear landing logic, structured user flow, and strong trust signals. Each page was designed to guide visitors smoothly while building confidence through clarity, transparency, and reassurance. We integrated review and feedback elements to strengthen credibility and ensure visitors felt secure while purchasing or engaging. Customer satisfaction and ease of journey were treated as top priorities, ensuring the website worked not just as a presence, but as a reliable, trust-driven platform.
Funnels, CRM & AI-Powered Lead Systems
We built the complete CRM ecosystem using 10xCollab, designing funnels and lead journeys based on behavior and intent. Every lead followed a defined path—whether to receive an offer, nurturing content, follow-ups, or disqualification if irrelevant. No opportunity was ignored. Automation, AI chatbots, and lead qualification systems were implemented to improve response time, consistency, and customer experience. AI bots were trained according to the brand’s tone and offerings, guiding users, collecting data, and presenting the right solutions at the right time.
Advertising & Market Positioning
We started advertising with a careful, step-by-step approach on Meta, focusing first on trust-building rather than aggressive selling. Real-life lessons, short reels, and value-driven content were used to build credibility. Alongside this, we ran targeted ads for parenting courses, advisory services, and professional guidance related to Dr. Javed’s medical and life advisory expertise. Once Meta campaigns were optimized and performing consistently, we expanded into Google Ads, which also delivered strong results. Over time, campaigns were scaled, resulting in significantly higher returns compared to daily ad spend. Trust remained the core focus and it paid off.
