Zeeshan Usmani already had strong authority, active course sales, live sessions, and published books. However, his digital ecosystem was heavily dependent on third-party platforms, primarily Mentoga, which limited control over customer data, user experience, and long-term scalability.

Our goal was to bring all courses, events, books, and 1-on-1 sessions into one trusted platform, strengthen personal branding, and create a scalable system that gives full control, visibility, and long-term growth.

What Problems We Identified

Dependency on Third-Party Platforms Courses and live sessions relied on Mentoga, limiting ownership and flexibility.
No Ownership of Customer Data Buyer contacts and insights were not fully accessible for future use.
Weak Personal Brand Platform No central website to establish authority, trust, and credibility.
Unclear Visitor-to-Buyer Journey No defined path to guide visitors toward the right product or service.
Inefficient Lead & Buyer Management No structured way to manage inquiries, follow-ups, or repeat buyers.

Brand Expectations

They were concerned and wanted a central, owned platform that could represent authority while giving full control over digital products and audience data—unlike Mentoga. Sales were happening, but reliance on third-party platforms limited control, flexibility, and long-term growth.

The brand also needed a scalable system to manage courses, events, book sales, and 1-on-1 sessions from a single platform. There was a strong need to reduce manual dependency, improve the buyer journey, and support growth without relying entirely on personal involvement.

We began by mapping the complete visitor and buyer journey to understand who needed courses, live learning, books, or personal interaction. Existing courses and sessions were reviewed, prioritized, and restructured based on demand and scalability. The focus was to simplify choices, align offers with intent, and create a roadmap that supports long-term growth and ownership.

Website, Conversion & Trust Architecture

We developed a conversion-focused website designed to act as the central authority platform. Every page followed clear logic, guiding visitors smoothly while building trust through clarity, transparency, and consistency. The website was structured to present courses, events, books, and sessions in an organized way, making it easy for users to explore and take action. Strong trust signals were added to ensure visitors felt confident, secure, and comfortable while engaging or purchasing.

Funnels, CRM & AI-Powered Lead Systems

We implemented a complete CRM ecosystem using 10xCollab, designing structured funnels and lead journeys based on user behavior. Every inquiry followed a defined workflow, whether to receive an offer, nurturing content, follow-ups, or filtering if irrelevant. Automation and AI chatbots were trained to handle scale efficiently, guide users, collect data, and present the right offerings at the right time. This ensured no opportunity was missed while reducing manual effort and improving overall experience.

Advertising & Market Positioning

Once the platform and systems were stable, we supported growth through targeted advertising and controlled scaling. Campaigns were aligned with the new website structure and focused on driving traffic to owned assets instead of third-party platforms. Ads were optimized step by step to attract the right audience, validate offers, and support consistent sales. This approach strengthened visibility, improved performance, and ensured growth was measurable, repeatable, and fully owned by the brand.
