Textile Institute of Pakistan (TIP) is a well-established academic institution with over 30 years of legacy in textile education, research, and industry development. In mid-2024 (June–August), TIP approached us to support their admissions campaign and modernize their digital presence to attract the new academic intake.
While TIP had strong academic credibility and industry recognition, their digital platforms were not aligned with modern student expectations. The objective was to rebuild and structure their website, strengthen social media presence, and launch performance-driven admission campaigns using updated visuals, clear messaging, and modern digital practices to increase inquiries and admissions.

Brand Expectations

TIP expected a modern, structured, and credible digital presence that could reflect its academic authority while appealing to a new generation of students. The institute wanted a website that clearly communicated programs, admissions, and institutional values without overwhelming visitors.
They also required consistent digital activity across social platforms, showcasing campus life, academic excellence, alumni success, and real student work. Alongside this, TIP aimed to launch focused admission campaigns on Meta platforms that could generate qualified leads while maintaining academic integrity and clarity in messaging.

We mapped TIP’s academic structure and student journey to simplify navigation, clarify programs, and define clear admissions paths for students and parents.

We redesigned the website with a modern academic look, improving layouts, hierarchy, and readability to present programs and information clearly and professionally.

03. Content Activation & Admissions Marketing

We activated social media and YouTube with events, student work, and alumni content, then ran targeted Meta ads to generate strong admission inquiries.

Website Strategy & Structural Roadmap

We started by understanding TIP’s wide range of academic programs and diverse student audience. The main challenge was clarity—helping students and parents quickly understand where to start and what to do next. We designed a structured website roadmap that defined clear user journeys, guiding visitors from discovery to program understanding and finally to admissions inquiries. Each section was planned with a clear purpose, ensuring the website communicated information in a logical and student-friendly way.

Website Redesign & Development

With the roadmap in place, we redesigned TIP’s website using a clean, modern, and student-focused design approach aligned with current education trends. Layouts, navigation, and visual hierarchy were improved to make information easier to read and explore. Complex academic details were presented in a simple and organized manner, while maintaining a professional institutional look that reflects TIP’s credibility and academic standing.

Content, Social Media & Video Strategy

Alongside website development, we actively managed TIP’s digital content across social media platforms. Academic events, degree shows, student projects, and campus life were transformed into engaging posts and short videos. We also strengthened TIP’s YouTube presence by producing structured content such as alumni spotlights, student thesis showcases, and industry jury feedback, highlighting real success stories and building trust with prospective students.

Admissions Campaigns & Lead Generation

Once the digital presence was aligned, we launched targeted admission campaigns on Meta platforms. Messaging was kept clear, simple, and student-oriented, supported by modern visuals and consistent branding. These campaigns successfully drove a strong volume of admission inquiries, ensuring smooth alignment between the website experience, social media activity, and paid outreach.
